Remember! Tomorrow is the Boom Box Parade! If you are participating, be at Tractor Supply between 4-4:30. All Dust Devils should dress in FME gear or parade theme (Christmas Around the World), and, as always, adults that bring our students must accompany them. Let's float!

We are doing a District Float at the Boom Box Parade this Friday! Look for flyers from Fort Mojave tonight.

Tonight's Governing Board meeting has been cancelled due to the Thanksgiving holiday. It has been rescheduled for December 10. Please see the district's Events page for more information.

Here's some interesting holiday facts to start off our Thanksgiving Break...

It's Thanksgiving week, and we're thankful for our wonderful students, families, and staff. Enjoy the week off: We'll see everyone back December 2nd!

Look what came in today? Congrats for a repeat Bronze Award at MVJH and the district’s first Silver Award at Camp Mohave! #PBISRocks!

A red dolly was taken from Fort Mojave Elementary yesterday during afternoon busing times. A man in a white truck pulled onto campus through the bus gate, loaded it into his bed, and drove off. This is an important piece of equipment. Any information regarding its whereabouts is greatly appreciated. We would just like it returned.

The dust devils remind everyone that our cookie dough orders get delivered tomorrow, 11/21. The cookie dough can be picked up after school until 6! Yay!

November is Native American Heritage Month. Fort Mojave students love learning about and celebrating the culture and contributions of all the country’s Native Americans!

Class Pictures! Fort Mojave’s class picture day and Fall retakes are on December 2. Look for these flyers coming home today. More to come!

Meet Mrs. Barnette! Mrs. Barnette has been a Special Education teacher for 9 years, two of those with the Junior High. She is originally from Cebu City in the Philippines and attended the University of San Carlos. Mrs. Barnette loves to see her students’ academic and behavioral progress as the year progresses and intentionally plans for engaging lessons that all her learners can participate in. Her secret passion is singing-especially Karaoke-and word has it that she can be competitive on that mic! She has a beautiful daughter and one Bulldog baby boy on the way!

Fort Mojave’s Turkey Trot was fun as always today. Lots of running, lots of pie, and a little bit of feathers. Even Mr. Turco was a turkey! 🦃 🥧

The junior high AVID trip bus is currently stuck in Las Vegas. We are sending another bus to retrieve them, but they will be home considerably later originally planned. Students are being directed to contact their parents, and will provide updates on ETA. Mrs. Moss is on the trip, and can be reached at 602 531-3217.

FME Turkey Trot is Thursday. Be sure to get those permission slips and dollars in to race!

Let the kids stay up late tonight- there's no school tomorrow in observance of Veterans Day. Be sure to thank someone who served!

CMES has just received the popcorn delivery. We will be sorting it into your individual orders over the next couple of hours. Our plan is to have it available for you to pick up today from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Please come by and pick it up during those hours.

Thank you to Johanna and everyone at VVMC for showing Fort Mohave kinders how hospitals work and that they aren’t scary!

After several questions regarding the delivery of our popcorn, CMES finally has an answer. As of this morning, the company has scheduled our popcorn delivery for some time this afternoon (11/8). Once the popcorn comes in, we will send an additional message letting parents and families know they can pick it up and the times available. If parents are unable to get it during that time, we will hold the popcorn until parents can pick it up.
