Spring Pictures at MVJHS and 8th Grade Group Picture! Spring pictures will be on March 2nd. 8th grade group pictures is at 9:10 in school uniform. Thereafter, any 8th graders that would like to take a Spring picture can change out for the rest of the day. 6th and 7th graders have free dress for those taking pictures only. Flyer envelopes for for 8th grade and Spring Pictures went out last week. Please have your student drop by the office if they need a second one. Go Bulldogs!
We would like to extend a Bulldog thank you to Sheriff Schuster and Lieutenant Salvino for bringing their four K-9 Teams. Our students enjoyed watching their strength and prowess keeping us all safe. We appreciate and salute their dedication to our community and our schools. Go Bulldogs!
CMES would like to remind parents that in one week, we will be having our Spring pictures. This will be a non uniform day. Please reference the general dress code inside the agenda.
Don't forget that the CMES Sweet Candy Hop dance is this evening from 5-8. You can come for some or all of the event. Students must be with an adult that can supervise them and provide transportation at the end. Admission is free. However, there will be food, drinks, and candy available for purchase.

Several months ago, MVJHS was excited to announce upcoming baby arrivals for three of our fabulous teachers- Mrs. Sgroi was expecting a girl in October, Mrs. Polsinelli had a baby girl arriving in November and Mrs. Barnette had a boy arriving in December. Mohave Valley Junior High Parent-Teacher conferences will be held in grade-level teams in the gymnasium. Drop-in times are Thursday, February 13 from 3:00-5:30 p.m. and Friday, February 14 from 8:00-9:45 a.m. All other times are by appointment only. Hope to see you there! Go Bulldogs!

Congratulations to Mrs. Cook for being awarded the McKellips award. Her objective is to expose Camp Mohave students to opportunities through Mohave Community College via a field trip to the campus to see college life, explore the campus, get a feel for opportunities available. Mrs. Cook will also purchase AVID materials to help build college and career awareness.
